مادة 1: تعدل الفقرة الاولى من المادة 6 من القرار رقم 72/1 تاريخ 22/2/1965 وتقرأ كما يلي: "تحدد كميات المواد والسلع من كوتا سنة 1965 للتجار المستجدين, باستثناء الملح, بمعدل تحدد قيمته القصوى من قبل وزير الاقتصاد الوطني. والباقي بدون تعديل.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة ويعمل به فور تعليقه على لوحة الاعلانات في وزارة لاقتصاد الوطني.
