ان الجنرال غورو القومسير العالي للجمهورية الفرنساوية في سوريا ولبنان

بناء على مرسومي رئيس الجمهورية الفرنساوية الصادرين في 8 تشرين الاول 1919 و23 تشرين الثاني 1920

وبناء على القرار عدد 953 بتاريخ 16 تموز 1921 باعادة تنظيم دوائر القوميسارية العليا

وبناء على اقتراح السكرتير العام

قرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: إلى أن يصدر جناب وزير الخارجية قراره بشأن تنظيم الدوائر القنصلية في بيروت وفي كل المناطق الخاضعة للانتداب تظل وظيفة رئيس الدوائر القنصلية معدودة بين دوائر القوميسارية العليا.

المادة 2

مادة 2: على السكرتير العام للقوميسارية العليا تنفيذ هذا القرار. توقيع عاليه في 27 تموز 1921 الإمضاء: غورو
