بموجب القرار عدد 970 الصادر في 28 تموز سنة 1921 أعيد العمل بقانون تسعير البضائع من أول آب 1921 لتحديد القيمة التي تستوفى عنها رسوم الجمرك بعد أن أوقف العمل به مؤقتا ابتداء من 15 آذار 1921. ان أسعار البضائع التي وضعت عن شهر آب 1921 تطبق على البضائع الصادرة والواردة.
