المادة 1

مادة 1: تنشأ في قريتي عين الصفصاف ومار مخايل بنابيل- قضاء المتن بلدية موحدة تعرف باسم "بلدية عين الصفصاف ومار مخايل ينابيل" مركزها عين الصفصاف قوامها ثمانية اعضاء.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يحدد النطاق البلدي لهاتين القريتين وفقا للخرائط المرفقة وهي تكرس النطاق العقاري.
