المادة 1

مادة 1: يعفى بموجب قرار من معاملات إجراء التحقيق والبندرول بزر القز الوارد إلى سوريا ولبنان من بلاد وضع عليه فيها بعد تفتيش يوازي المراقبة التي تجري هنا بندرول رسمي يدل على سلامته وصحته.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تطبيقا للمادة الأولى يعفى من معاملات إجراء التحقيق والبندرول في سوريا ولبنان بزر القز الملصق عليه ورقة الكفالة الفرنساوية.
