المادة 1

مادة 1: كل سلعة او انتاج زراعي او صناعي يدخل البلاد خلافا للانظمة النافذة ويعاين معروضا للبيع, يصادر على مسؤولية من يبيعه ويلاحق المخالف وفقا للقوانين المرعية االاجراء.

المادة 2

مادة 2: اذا وجد سمن معروضا للبيع دون ان يكون مستوردا وفقا للاصول الجمركية ومؤشرا على اخراجه من الجمرك من قبل مصلحة حماية المستهلك تطبق بحق حائرة المادة الثالثة عشرة من القرار رقم 165 ل.ر. تاريخ 6 كانون الاول 1938 القاضية بضبط البضاعة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
