مادة 1: ان لاجئي سنجق الاسكندرونه المشار اليهم في مادة 1 من القرار عدد 169/LR تاريخ 9 آب 1939 والذين اسكنوا في املاك الدولة في عنجر وراس العين يعفون بصورة استثنائية من جميع ضرائب الدولة المباشرة لمدة سنتين ابتداء من اول كانون الثاني 1941
