مادة 1: يمنع اعتبارا من 1 كانون الاول 1942 صنع وبيع الحلويات (المعجنات ) بالسكر وبدون سكر المصنوعة من دقيق القمح والشعير والذرة الصفراء او البيضاء وعرضها للاستهلاك

مادة 1: تتمم المادة الاولى من القرار رقم 52 الصادر بتاريخ 21 تشرين الثاني 1942 وكذلك المادة الاولى من القرار رقم 53 الصادر بتاريخ 21 تشرين الثاني 1942 بالنص التالي: "ان مخالفات احكام هذا القرار تستوجب الحبس من سبعة ايام الى ثلاثة اشهر وبغرامة من خمسين الى الفي ليرة لبنانية سورية او باحدى هاتين العقوبتين فقط. وفي حالة التكرار تكون عقوبة الحبس مجبرة"

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار لمن يلزم لتنفيذ احكامه

دمشق في 21 تشرين الثاني 1942 الرئيس الامضاء حسني البرازي (فالوي - الدريدج- سعادة)
