مادة 1: يحدد رسم الاقامة الجمركي المحدث بموجب المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 8 تاريخ 23 تشرين الاول سنة 1950 الذي يستوفى مقابل اعطاء قسائم الاستيراد الموقت للسيارات المسجلة في سوريا والداخلة الى لبنان مايتين وخمسين غرش لبناني.

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار اعتبارا من اليوم السادس والعشرين من شهر تشرين الاول سنة 1950 وينشر ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة
