يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية بطشيه والمرداشه­ قضاء بعبدا في محافظة جبل لبنان منحلا حكما للسبب المبين اعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى محافظ جبل لبنان اعمال المجلس البلدي المذكور حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.
