ان وزير الاعلام,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 6812 تاريخ 25/5/1995,

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962,

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد حليم تميم عقيقي المسجل تحت الرقم 181

تاريخ

24/6/1996 (طلب الترخيص بانشاء الدار),

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح السيد حليم تميم عقيقي, اللبناني الجنسية, ترخيصا بانشاء دار نشر في الدورة شارع ما يوسف باسم "دار مكتبة حليم".

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
