ان وزير الاعلام

بناء على المرسوم رقم 6812 تاريخ 25/05/1995,

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/09/1962,

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد رمزي محمد امين الحافظ والمسجل تحت رقم 250 تاريخ 13/09/1996 (طلب الترخيص باصدار المطبوعة),

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام,

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح السيد رمزي محمد أمين الحافظ اللبناني الجنسية، ترخيصاً بإصدار مطبوعة شهرية غير سياسية باللغة الإنكليزية باسم: «LEBANON OPPORTUNITIES»

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
