ان حاكم مصرف لبنان,

بناء على قرار المجلس المركزي لمصرف لبنان المتخذ في جلسته المنعقدة

بتاريخ

25 ايلول 1996,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يطلب من جميع المصارف والمؤسسات المالية ومؤسسات الصرافة وسائر الاشخاص المعنويين من القطاع الخاص الذين يحق لهم فتح حسابات لدى مصرف لبنان شطب جميع الشيكات المسحوبة لامر زبائنها على هذه الحسابات.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يلغى التعميم للمصارف رقم 161 تاريخ 7/2/1977 .

المادة 3

مادة 3: يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية.
