المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح وضع الادخال الموقت عن الاصناف التالية المعدة لصناعة اجهزة الانارة: - المحولات الكهربائية Ballasts - المكثفات الكهربائية - الدويات Douilles - الكلوبات من مواد مهيكلة, - الالواح من مواد مهيكلة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يخضع هذا الوضع للاحكام القانونية والنظامية النافذة وتحدد ادارة الجمارك الشروط المناسبة لمراقبته.

المادة 3

مادة 3: تخضع الاستفادة من احكام هذا الامر, للمرة الاولى, لموافقة مديرية الجمارك العامة.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر هذا الامر ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
