إن شركة ANSALDO ENERGIA SPA المسجلة بتاريخ ١٩٩٦/٢/٢٣، تحت رقم ٩٩٧ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع).
قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٢/٣، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٥/٦٥٧، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس الإدارة المنعقد بتاريخ ٢٠٢٠/١٠/٩، تمديد مدة فرع الشركة في لبنان الى مدة زمنية غير محددة استنادا الى تمديد مدة الشركة الأم في إيطاليا لغاية ۲۰۷۰/۱۲/۳۱، وفقا لتقرير تسجيل الشركة الصادر عن غرفة التجارة والصناعة والحرف والزراعة في جينوفا. كما جرى تأكيد السيد حسان عصمت عبد الحميد كمدير للفرع.
واشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
