قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٢/١٢، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٥/٨٦٩، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع لمجلس الإدارة المنعقد بتاريخ ٢٠٢٤/٧/١٧، الموافقة على محضر تصفية فرع الشركة في لبنان بكل مندرجاته والمنظم من قبل المصفي السيد إبراهيم غنّام بتاريخ ٢٠٢٢/١٢/٢٧، وإعطاء التبرئة عن كل أنشطته.
