أن شركة حرفوش للتجارة شركة الشخص الواحد ذ.م.م. Harfoush Trading Co. L.L.C. المسجلة بتاريخ ٢٠٢٤/١١/٢١، تحت رقم ٣٠٦٣ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع).
قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٣/٢٨، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٥/١٨١٢، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع الجمعية العمومية غير العادية، المنعقدة في ٢٠٢٥/٣/٢٦، عزل السيد محمد علي جهاد حيدر أحمد من مهامه كمدير لفرع الشركة في لبنان، وتعيين الشريك الوحيد السيد الأمير طارق الأمير محمد الحرفوش مديرا لهذا الفرع، فيكون المفوض بالتوقيع عن الشركة، مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة على سبيل المثال لا الحصر.
وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
