ان شركة Inimoney Technology Limited المسجلة بتاريخ ٢٠١٨/١١/٨، تحت رقم ٢٩٣٩ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع).
قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٤/٤، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٥/١٩١٦، بأنها قد اتخذت، بتاريخ ٢٠٢٤/١٢/١٧، القرارات التالية:
١ - الموافقة رسميا على تغيير اسم الشركة الى «إكوال للاستشارات المحدودة» «EQWAL Consultancies Limited».
٢ - تفويض مدير الشركة بشكل منفرد لتنفيذ جميع المستندات وإتمام جميع الإجراءات اللازمة لإكمال تغيير الاسم.
وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
