ان شركة Development Alternatives, Inc. المسجلة بتاريخ ٢٠١٠/٦/٩، تحت رقم ٢٥٥٦ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع).
قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٤/٣٠، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٥/٢٥١٢، بأنه وفقا لإفادة أمين سر الشركة والصادرة بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٢/١٨، جرى الآتي بيانه:
١ - لقد عين المجلس السيد Kent Edward Piper بصفته مديرا لفرع الشركة في لبنان.
٢ - لقد أكد المجلس بقاء تعيين السيد Stephen Tomas Mosquera بصفته مديرا لفرع الشركة في لبنان ورئيسا لبعثة مشروع الصرف الصحي للمياه والمحافظة عليها في لبنان (WSC).
٣ - لقد ألغى المجلس تعيين السيد ناصر لاما بصفته مديرا لفرع الشركة في لبنان ورئيسا لبعثة مشروع تسهيل التجارة والاستثمار في لبنان (TIF).
٤ - كما منح كل من المديرين الصلاحيات اللازمة.
وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
