ان شركة مصر للطيران للخطوط الجوية EGYPTAIR Airlines المسجلة بتاريخ ١٩٥٩/١٢/٨، تحت رقم ٢٤٥ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع).
قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٥/٥، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٥/٢٥٧١، بأنها قد قررت، اعتماد السيدة بيري هان محمد فائق السيوفي، مديرة لمكتب تمثيل الشركة في لبنان، ولتمثيل الشركة بهذه الصفة في لبنان. وقد مُنحت السيدة بيري هان محمد فائق السيوفي توكيلا رسميا بهذا الشأن، مصدقا من وزارة خارجية جمهورية مصر العربية بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٣/٥، ومفوضا إياها بالصلاحيات اللازمة.
وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
