ان شركة سامسونج الكترونكس ليفانت / الأردن ذات مسؤولية محدودة Samsung Electronics .Levant/Jordan Company Ltd المسجلة بتاريخ ٢٠١٤/٩/٣٠، تحت رقم ٢٧٨٥ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع).
قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٤/٣٠، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٥/٢٥١٦، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب قرار اجتماع الهيئة العامة الغير عادي الصادر بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٤/١٠، قبول استقالة السيد Chol Woong Yoon وتعيين السيد Jong Ho Kang مديرا مفوضا لفرعها في لبنان مع منحه منفردا الصلاحيات الوارد ذكرا في القرار المشار إليه أعلاه. كما تقرر أيضا تفويض هذا الأخير مجتمعا مع السيد Dong Hyuk Park لفتح الحسابات المصرفية وإغلاقها وصلاحية السحب ولإيداع وتوقيع الشيكات والحوالات المصرفية أيا كانت قيمتها.
وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
