ان شركة Resilience research and consulting (SARL) المسجلة بتاريخ ٢٠٢٤/١٠/٧، تحت رقم ٣٠٦٢ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل).

قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٥/١٣، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٥/٢٧٦٥، بأنه، بعد تعديل اسم الشركة في فرنسا من Resilience research and consulting (SARL) ليصبح Resilience Expertise، قررت، في ٢٠٢٥/٤/٧، تعديل اسم مكتب التمثيل في لبنان بما يتوافق مع تغيير اسم الشركة في فرنسا من Resilience research and consulting (SARL) الى Resilience Expertise.

وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
