ان شركة I. E. MUHANNA & CO. LIMITED. المسجلة بتاريخ ٢٠١٣/٩/٢٦، تحت رقم ٢٧٤٨ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع).
قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٦/١٠، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٥/٣٣٢٦، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع لمجلس الإدارة المنعقد بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٤/٢٨، الموافقة على إصدار سند التوكيل الممنوح للسيد إبراهيم ا. مهنا، والمنظم في ٢٠٢٥/٤/٢٨، مع المعاملات المنصوص عليها فيه، والذي عُينَ بموجبه هذا الأخير ليكون الوكيل الحقيقي والقانوني للشركة في كافة بلدان العالم للقيام باسم الشركة ونيابة عنها بكافة أو أي من الأعمال والأمور المبينة في متن هذا السند. يكون سند التوكيل المشار إليه أعلاه صالحا اعتبارا من تاريخه ويبقى نافذا لمدة سنة واحدة.
وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
