ان شركة حرفوش للتجارة شركة الشخص الواحد ذ.م.م. Harfoush Trading Co. L.L.C. المسجلة بتاريخ ٢٠١٤/١١/٢١، تحت رقم ٣٠٦٣ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع).
قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٦/٢٣، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٥/٣٦١١، بأنها قد قررت، في ٢٠٢٥/٦/٢٠، عزل مدير فرع الشركة في لبنان السيد محمد علي جهاد حيدر أحمد وتعيين الأمير طارق الأمير محمد الحرفوش مديرا مفوضا بالتوقيع عن الفرع المذكور بدلا منه.
وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
