ان شركة Finance in Motion GmbH المسجلة بتاريخ ٢٠٢٠/١/١٠، تحت رقم ٢٩٧٤ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل).
قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٩/١٢، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٥/٥٥٥٣، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس إدارة الشركة المنعقد بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٧/٢:
١ - أخذ العلم وقبول استقالة مدير مكتب تمثيل الشركة الحالي السيد Dragan Spirovski ابتداء من ٢٠٢٥/٩/٣٠، ومنحه براء ذمة عن كافة الاعمال التي قام بها أثناء تأدية مهامه.
٢ - تعيين السيد علي ضاهر كمدير عام للمكتب التمثيلي المذكور أعلاه.
٣ - تفويض السيد علي ضاهر، بصفته المدير لمكتب التمثيل، بالصلاحيات اللازمة والمحددة في محضر الاجتماع المنوه عنه أعلاه.
وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
