ان شركة Société Nationale d'Exploitation Industrielle des Tabacs et Allumettes SEITA SAS المسجلة بتاريخ ٢٠٠٤/٥/١١، تحت رقم ٢٢٨٣ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل).
قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٩/١٢، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٥/٥٥٥١، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب قرارات الرئيس الصادرة بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٥/٢٦:
١ - تعيين السيد Richard Jonathan Parrat والسيد Malcolm Peter Armstrong كمفوضين بالتوقيع من الفئة «أ».
٢ - تعيين السيدة Kashmo Durgesh Satan … / Prasad والسيدة Noemi Tajodloy Garcia Prasad / … كمفوضين بالتوقيع من الفئة «ب».
ويتصرف كل اثنين منهم معا، أحدهما من الفئة «أ» والآخر من الفئة «ب»، بصفتهما ممثلي الشركة في لبنان، للقيام باسم الشركة وبالنيابة عنها، بالكامل أو جزئيا، بالأعمال والإجراءات الواردة في قرارات الرئيس المشار إليها أعلاه.
يسري هذا التفويض طوال مدة المهام التي يؤديها الممثلين المشتركين كممثلين لمكتب الشركة في لبنان. ويحل هذا التفويض محل أي تفويض سابق يحمل نفس الموضوع. ويمكن إلغاؤه كليا أو جزئيا في أي وقت. ويدخل هذا التفويض حيز التنفيذ فورا.
وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
