ان شركة Grid Solutions SAS المسجلة بتاريخ ٢٠٠٦/٨/١٩، تحت رقم ٢٣٩٥ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع).

قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٨/٢٨، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٥/٥١٣٧، بأنها قد قررت، بموجب قرار لمجلس الإدارة صادر بتاريخ :٢٠٢٤/٨/٢٠

١ - إقفال وتصفية فرع الشركة في لبنان وإتمام جميع المعاملات اللازمة لهذا الغرض لدى جميع السلطات الرسمية في لبنان.

٢ - تعيين السيدة كريستيان حنا النخل من أجل تنفيذ القرار المذكور أعلاه والقيام بجميع الأعمال وإجراءات التصفية، مع منحها الصلاحيات اللازمة لذلك.

وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
