ان شركة CCR RE S.A. المسجلة بتاريخ ٢٠١٦/١٠/٢٨، تحت رقم ٢٨٦٧ (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل).
قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٩/١٢، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٥/٥٥٤٨، بأنها، وبموجب محضر الجمعية العامة غير العادية للمساهمين، والمنعقدة بتاريخ ٢٠٢٤/١٢/١٠، قررت، بناء على اقتراح مجلس الإدارة، تعديل الاسم التجاري للشركة لتصبح النسمية «ARUNDO RE».
وبموجب سند توكيل صادر بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/١/١٦، منح من شركة ARUNDO RE لصالح السيد بطرس يوسف سلامه بصفته المدير العام للمكتب التمثيلي للشركة في لبنان، فوضت الشركة هذا الأخير بالسلطة لتمثيل المكتب التمثيلي المذكور في جميع الأمور المتعلقة بأنشطة إعادة التأمين في لبنان، إضافة الى منحه صلاحيات وردت في سند التوكيل المذكور أعلاه،
والذي يسري اعتبارا من ٢٠٢٥/١/١٦، ويظل نافذا حتى إلغائه بموجب إشعار خطي من الممثل القانوني للشركة الى الوكيل. وينتهي هذا التوكيل حكما في حال توقف الوكيل عن أداء المهام التي منح من أجلها هذا التوكيل.
وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
