إن شركة Eli Lilly (Suisse) S.A. المسجلة بتاريخ ١٩٩٥/٦/٩، تحت رقم ٩٨٣ (بالتسجيل) في
سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)
قد صرحت بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/١١/١٨، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم ٢٠٢٥/٧٣٤٧، بأنها قد فوضت، بموجب سند توكيل صادر في ٢٠٢٥/٩/١٨، السيد عبد الله أيوب كشريك في التعويضات والمنافع والموارد الإنسانية في عمليات الخليج، مع منحه الصلاحيات اللازمة. يصبح هذا التوكيل لاغيا كليا إذا توقف الموظف عن العمل لدى الشركة أو غيَّر منصبه. كما يكون هذا التوكيل نافذا اعتبارا من ١٦ أيلول ٢٠٢٥ ويبقى قائما لغاية ٣١ كانون الأول ٢٠٢٦.
وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
