المادة 1

مادة 1: تعلق جميع القرارات الصادرة عن هذه الوزارة والمتعلقة بتحديد مواقيت الفتح والاقفال في نطاق جميع المحافظات وذلك حتى اشعار آخر.

المادة 2

مادة 2: لا يمس هذا التعليق حقوق الاجراء المكتسبة بموجب القرارات المشار اليها بالمادة السابقة وعلى أصحاب العمل تمكينهم من أيام الراحة والتعطيل كما هي محددة بهذه القرارات مع مراعاة أحكام المادة 35 من قانون العمل للاجراء يحدد ساعات عملهم الاسبوعي.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يكلف تفتيش العمل بملاحقة المخالفين لهذه الاحكام.

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
