المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى القرار رقم 82 تاريخ 12/7/973 القاضي بتفويض بعض صلاحيات المدير العام لعدد من رؤساء المصالح والوحدات .

المادة 2

مادة 2: يفوض رؤساء المصالح والوحدات المعنية بالصلاحيات المحددة في الجدول المرفق بهذا القرار (1) , ويمارس كل منهم الصلاحيات المعطاة له باسمه وعلى مسؤوليته الشخصية, ومع مراعاة الانظمة الداخلية النافذة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يعمل بهذا القرار اعتبارا من اليوم الذي يلي نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
