المادة 1

مادة 1: تعفى من كافة الرسوم المرفئية التي تستوفيها شركة ادارة واستمثار مرفأ بيروت البضائع التي تستورد لحساب مؤسسة الصليب الاحمر او الهلال الاحمر على سبيل الهبة ان كانت معدة للاغاثة بسبب كارثة حلت باحدى الدول العربية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعود تقدير الحالات المشار اليها بالمادة السابقة الى وزارة الموارد المائية والكهربائية (المديرية العامة للاستثمار) وشركة ادارة واستثمار مرفأ بيروت .

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
