المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يخضع استيراد الزبيب (الوضع الجمركي 8/4/ب ) الى نظام الاجازة المسبقة التي تعطيها الدائرة المختصة في وزارة الزراعة.

المادة 2

مادة 2: خلافا لاحكام المادة الاولى اعلاه, يسمح باستيراد الزبيب المعد للاكل, والمعبأ في صناديق خشبية لا يزيد الوزن الصافي لكل منها عن الخمسة عشر كيلوغراما, وشرط ان يكون الزبيب نظيفا لا تتعدى نسبة الاجرام فيه 2 بالمئة.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يعمل بهذا القرار فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
