بناء على المرسوم رقم 10057 تاريخ 17/04/2003

(تشكيل الحكومة),

بناء على قانون تنظيم هيئات الضمان الموضوع

موضع التنفيذ بالمرسوم رقم 9812 تاريخ

04/05/1968, المعدل بالقانون رقم 94

تاريخ 18/06/1999 ولا سيما المادتين 5 و 6 منه,

بناء على الطلب المقدم من شركة سونار للتأمين

واعادة التأمين ش.م.ل. المؤرخ في 25/03/2004,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الاقتصاد والتجارة,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: عدل القرار رقم 80/أ.ت تاريخ 02/11/1987 والمعدل بالقرار رقم 220/1/أ.ت تاريخ 16/08/2001 لجهة تسمية شركة "سونار للتأمين واعادة التأمين ش.م.ل." بحيث تصبح شركة "ليبرتي للتأمين ش.م.ل." Liberty Insurance S.A.L." والباقي دون تعديل.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ من يلزم.
