بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف ولا سيما المواد 178 حتى 182 منه,

وبناء على القانون رقم 520 تاريخ

06/06/1996 ولا سيما المادة الاولى منه,

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي لمصرف لبنان المتخذ في جلسته المنعقدة بتاريخ 07/01/2004,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعدل نص المادة الثامنة من القرار الأساسي رقم 7136 تاريخ 22/10/1998 بحيث يصبح كما يلي: (يجب أن تكون اسهم المؤسسة المالية اللبنانية كافة اسهما اسمية).

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره. مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية.
