بناء على المرسوم رقم 15598 تاريخ 21/9/1970 (تحديد الشروط العامة لانشاء واستثمار المؤسسات السياحية) وتعديلاته بموجب المرسوم رقم 4221 تاريخ 18/10/2000

بناء على اقتراح رئيس مصلحة التجهيز السياحي

وبعد استطلاع رأي اللجنة السياحية الاستشارية في جلستها المنعقدة بتاريخ 30/6/2005

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تلغى وتسحب إجازة الاستثمار رقم /3372/ج تاريخ 25/3/ 2002، لصاحبها السيد بيار الياس يونس، والعائدة لمطعم وملهي «ريد هيل ـ Red Hell» القائم على العقار رقم / 243/ من منطقة جبيل العقارية ـ ملك شربل وجوزف دياب، وذلك للأسباب الواردة أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره وينشر في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
