إن وزير العمل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 14953 تاريخ 19/7/2005 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المادة 86 من قانون العمل اللبناني،

بناء على القرار رقم 115/1 تاريخ 20/6/2005 المتعلق بتأسيس «نقابة تجار أجهزة الخليوي في لبنان»،

بناء على الطلب المسجل برقم 1759/4 تاريخ 5/12/2005 المتعلق بتعديل اسم النقابة،

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعدل اسم «نقابة تجار أجهزة الخليوي في لبنان»، ليصبح «نقابة أصحاب شركات تجارة الخليوي والاتصالات في لبنان».

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ من يلزم.
