إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف لا سيما المادة 146 منه،

وبناء على القرار الأساسي رقم 7858 تاريخ 30/6/2001 وتعديلاته المتعلق ببيانات احصائية،

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي لمصرف لبنان المتخذ في جلسته المنعقدة بتاريخ 10/10/2007،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى نص الأنموذج (FND 2) المرفق بالقرار الأساسي رقم 7858 تاريخ 30/6/2001 ويستبدل بالنص الجديد المرفق بهذا القرار وذلك اعتبارا من الوضعية الموقوفة بتاريخ 30/9/2007

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية.
