ان حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على القانون رقم 347 تاريخ 6/8/2001 المتعلق بتنظيم مهنة الصرافة في لبنان لا سيما المادة السادسة عشرة منه،

وبناء على القرار رقم 10357 تاريخ 14/1/2010 القاضي بنشر لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة لعام 2010،

وبناء على محضر جلسة الشركاء في "شركة ياميكو للصيرفة – جورج سالم وشركاه" المنعقدة بتاريخ 30/12/2009 ،

وبناء على كتاب الشركة المعنية تاريخ 30/12/2009،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب من لائحة مؤسسات الصرافة اسم "شركة ياميكو للصيرفة – جورج سالم وشركاه" المسجل في اللائحة المذكورة تحت رقم 475 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
