إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على المادتين /23/ و/24/ من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على إيداع محافظ لبنان الشمالي رقم 2190/ب تاريخ 23/8/2010،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين بالتكليف،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يعتبر مجلس بلدية جبرايل ـ قضاء عكار ـ محافظة لبنان الشمالي منحلا حكما للسبب المبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يتولى رئيس القسم الأصيل في القضاء القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية جبرايل حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
