ان حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف، لا سيما المواد 70 و146 و174 و175 و177 منه،

وبناء على القرار الاساسي رقم 6830 تاريخ 6/12/1997 وتعديلاته المتعلق بقروض الدعم المرؤوسة وبسندات الدين المرؤوسة،

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي لمصرف لبنان المتخذ في جلسته المنعقدة بتاريخ 13/4/2011،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغي كل من عنوان المقطع «رابعا» والمادة التاسعة من القرار الاساسي رقم 6830 تاريخ 6/12/1997.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القرار بعد مرور اسبوع من تاريخ صدوره.

المادة 3

مادة 3: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية.
