بناء على المرسوم رقم 5155 تاريخ 1/10/2010 (تعديل الأجور والرسوم البريدية)،

بناء على القرار رقم 673/ا/و تاريخ 1/3/1985،

بناء على القرار رقم 771/ا/و تاريخ 30/3/1985،

يقرر ما يأتي:

مادة 1: يلغى القرار رقم 1 تاريخ 4/4/1991 القاضي بالترخيص لشركة ميدل إيست اكسبرس - ميدكس ش.م.م سجل تجاري رقم 32821 تاريخ 25/1/1990 بنقل مواد المراسلات المحددة في المادة الاولى من القرار رقم 673/ا/و تاريخ 1/3/1958 للأسباب الواردة أعلاه.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
