إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على الاستدعاء المقدم من الخبير السيد علي عبد الحسين شقير المتضمن طلب شطب اسمه من جدول الخبراء فرع الهندسة المعمارية - محافظة النبطية المسجل برقم 1885/ق تاريخ 16/5/2014،

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الاعلى بتاريخ 5/6/2014،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: شطب بناء لطلبه، اسم الخبير السيد علي عبد الحسين شقير من جدول الخبراء فرع الهندسة المعمارية - محافظة النبطية.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
