المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى مفعول القرار الرقم 306/1 تاريخ 10/6/1969 المتعلق بتحديد مواقيت الاقفال لاصحاب محلات بيع الحلويات في مدينة صيدا, محافظة الجنوب .

المادة 2

مادة 2: لا يمس هذا الالغاء حقوق الاجراء المكتسبة بموجب القرار الملغى المشار اليه في المادة السابقة, وعلى اصحاب العمل تمكينهم من ايام الراحة الاسبوعية لمدة ست وثلاثين ساعة متواصلة, يعلن عنها وعن ساعات العمل الاسبوعية, وفقا لاحكام المواد 31 و35 و36 من قانون العمل.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يكلف تفتيش العمل بملاحقة المخالفين لهذه الاحكام.

المادة 4

مادة 6: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويعمل به فور نشره.
