المادة 1

بناء على القرار رقم 2054 الصادر في 2 تشرين اول سنة 1945 خلافا لما ورد في المادة الاولى من القرار رقم 1962 تاريخ 30/8/945 تنحصر مهمة لجنة التسعير فقط بتسعير المواد الخاضعة لنظام التوزيع المراقب والحصة التي تشتريها وزارة التموين من البضائع الواردة عملا بمنطوق القرارات رقم 1771 و1782 و1783 تاريخ 22/6/945 و26/6/45. ينضم الى اللجنة المشكلة بموجب القرار رقم 1235, تاريخ 29/9/1944, في حالة تسعير مواد موضوعة تحت نظام التوزيع المراقب عوضا عن رئيس - التعاونية معاون مدير الشؤون الاقتصادية او من ينوب عنه بصفة عضو في اللجنة- المذكورة.
