المادة 1

بناء على القرار رقم 2056 الصادر في 2 تشرين الاول سنة 1945 تعدل احكام القرار رقم 1771 تاريخ 22/6/1945, واحكام القرار 1782 تاريخ 26/6/1945, فيما يختص بالمنسوجات القطنية والصوفية والحريرية- الاصطناعية كما يلي: يحق لوزارة التموين ان تشتري لغايت 60% من المنسوجات القطنية والصوفية والحريرية الاصطناعية بالسعر المبين في المادة الثالثة من القرار رقم 1771, ويدفع الثمن بعد تخليص البضاعة من الجمرك وبعد استلام حصة الوزارة وتترك الكمية الباقية للتاجر المستورد. يصبح هذا القرار نافذا فور تعليقه على باب السراي والجمرك عملا بالمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 16 تاريخ 13/4/1942 ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
