ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة B.A.T. (U.K. and Export) Limited المسجلة بتاريخ 5 آذار 1997 تحت رقم 1041 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ مكتب تمثيل ـ, قد صرحت بتاريخ 25/9/2003, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 827/ت, بأنه تم تعيين كل من السيد وليد أحمد فؤاد أحمد رشوان Mr. Walid Ahmed Fouad Ahmed Rashwan والسيد ليوناردو رامون سوماريبا موراليس Mr. Leonardo Ramon Somarriba Morales كوكيلين لها في بيروت ـ لبنان, متحدين ومنفردين, وذلك بموجب وكالة مؤرخة في 5 /8/2003, ولمدة ثلاث سنوات تنتهي في 4/8/2006. وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
