ـ في التعديل ـ إن شركة JP Morgan chase Bank المسجلة بتاريخ 8/7/1955 (تحت اسم The Chase Manhattan Bank) تحت رقم 200 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات ـ فرع ـ. قد صرحت بتاريخ 25/9/2003, بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 828/ت, بأنه نتيجة دمج شركة Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York مع The Chase Manhattan Bank والذي تولد عنه شركة JP Morgan chase Bank, فإن هذه الأخيرة قد عينت السيد محمد أ. علاف, نائب رئيس جي بي مورفن تشايس بنك, وكيلها الحقيقي والقانوني, ومنحته صلاحية إلغاء تسجيل مكتب تمثيلها في بيروت ـ لبنان والتابع للشركة الأم في نيويورك. كما ألغت وكالة المحامي جاك شكر الله المؤرخة في 1/9/1995 والوكالة الممنوحة له بتاريخ 1/6/1999

وإشعارا بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
