المواد

المادة 1

يحدد بعد اجهزة توزيع المحروقات السائلة في المحطات بمسافة لا تقل عن مترين ونصف عن تخطيط الطرق العامة

المادة 2

يعطى اصحاب المحطات المرخص بها قبل صدور هذا القرار مهلة سنة واحدة للتقيد بهذا القرار

المادة 3

كل مخالفة لاحكام هذا القرار تطبق عليها العقوبات المنصوص عنها في المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 21/ل تاريخ 22 تموز سنة 1932

المادة 4

على دائرة المحلات المصنفة تنفيذ هذا القرار

المادة 5

ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة
