إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983 (نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على كتاب صاحب العلاقة المسجل برقم 3366/ق تاريخ 15/7/2016،

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الأعلى بتاريخ 25/7/2016،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يُشطب اسم الخبير المهندس السيد سليمان انطون العيدموني من جدول الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي فرع الهندسة المدنية - محافظة جبل لبنان بناء على طلبه.

المادة 2

يبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
